FRANCESCO MARULLO
Born and raised in Milan, where he studied cinematography and started to work as special effect supervisor. He acquired his passion for storytelling through lights and movements of camera.
He worked as cinematographer for brands such as Trussardi, Liu-Jo, L’Oreal, Peroni, Pommery, Sky and concerts like Vasco Rossi’s Modena Park.
In 2013-2015 he attended the intensive-course of Cinema-Photography by Luca Bigazzi and collaborated for a short movie story by Silvio Soldini and Giuseppe Battiston.
Some important artists such as Piero Pelù, Mina and Marco Fossati made use of his talent and professionalism for their music videos.
The persisting desire to experiment and improve himself and his works led him to travel abroad in the Netherlands and Northern Europe, where he also received a Nomination for best cinematography in the Amsterdam New Renaissance Festival in collaboration with Maria Guidone.
